The Junior Software Engineer will support the engineering team by contributing to software development, assisting with testing, and learning best practices under the guidance of senior engineers. This role is designed for candidates eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development Support: Implement small features and bug fixes, write clean code, assist with unit testing.
• Learning & Mentorship: Participate in code reviews, learn team processes and tools, shadow senior engineers.
• Collaboration & Task Execution: Attend team meetings, complete tasks on time, collaborate with QA and product teams.
• Documentation & Support: Document tasks and learnings, update documentation, assist in testing and demos.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred).
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 / month
