Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to assist our HR team in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This internship offers practical exposure to HR processes, policies, and tools, allowing interns to develop professional skills while contributing to a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with HR staff to support day-to-day operations and participate in projects that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing documentation and orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Participate in HR projects, research, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.
