The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces across Elinnov's products and client projects. The role ensures a consistent design system, close collaboration with Product Managers for product vision, and support to engineers with detailed assets and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent design system across products and client solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align design with product strategy.
• Provide engineers with detailed design assets and documentation.
• Conduct usability testing and integrate findings into design iterations.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS basics) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 / month
